Real Estate Sales Statistics - St Cloud, MN and Surrounding Areas - Units Sold November 2009
Below are the number of residential homes that were sold in each area during last month. These are much bigger than the average numbers that I have pulled in the past for November sales. We might want to give some of the credit for these numbers to the fear that the $8K first time home buyer credit might not be extended. With the extension of the credit, I expect the numbers for December to be down drastically.
