St Cloud, MN Real Estate Sales Statistics - Units Sold in December 2009
Sales took a sharp nose dive when the tax credit was extended from November 30th to April 30th. While December is traditionally slower than November, it was exaggerated this year in the number of closings in every area covered. I would anticipate that January will be slow as well with the number of closings rising drastically in every month from February to April. Below are the number of units that sold in each zip code covered.
