January 2010 Sales Totals for St Cloud Area Real Estate
Pretty good rebound with the tax credit and spring in full bloom. While we aren't seeing the numbers of closed sales that we would like to see, the number of pending units is up dramatically. Look for the sales totals in February and March to be substantially higher.
